Last week, Excelion Victims Board achieved a significant milestone:
Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court rejected the demands of Gruzman, Nemirovsky, and Excelion, and approved the continued operation of our website.
The false claims made by Excelion and the attorneys representing Gruzman & Nemirovsky were dismissed by the court. The plaintiffs failed to substantiate even a single allegation regarding the facts detailed on the website. They were also unable to identify any formal inaccuracies.
Because we have spoken the truth, and we will continue to speak the truth.
And there is still so much truth yet to be told.
