Excelion violates settlement agreement with San Martin's investor
The investor in the San Martin project sued Gruzman, Nemirovsky in the Court and demanded the return of his investments. The settlement between the parties was violated by Excelion
In July of this year (2024), one of the investors in the San Martin project sued Motti Gruzman, Vladislav Nemirovsky, Excelion Development Group LTD, Sankt Martin Invest Gmbh, and Imag Development Ltd., in a financial claim for the amount of NIS 913,268.00. The parties reached a settlement agreement. A copy was obtained by a representative of the Excelion Victims Board. The Court prohibited publication of the content of the agreement, but from other sources we learn that the settlement agreement, which was ratified by the court's ruling, had already been violated by Gruzman and Nemirovsky: they did not provide the plaintiff with the securities required under the agreement.
