On November 21, 2024, the law firm filed an urgent request with the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court to cease its representation of Motti Gruzman, Vladislav Nemirovsky, and Excelion Development Group LTD in a defamation lawsuit against a former employee of the company.

The reasoning provided was as follows:

❞The undersigned firm has not received payment of its legal fees for an extended period, and these remain unpaid despite repeated requests to the plaintiffs. Under these circumstances, the firm has informed the plaintiffs that it cannot continue representation in a way that would increase the unpaid legal fee debt. Furthermore, the plaintiffs’ conduct undermines the foundation of trust required in an attorney-client relationship.❝

Following the mass termination of employees and the closure of the company’s offices, the cessation of payments to Excelion's legal representatives is yet another indicator of the dire situation facing the company, as well as Nemirovsky and Gruzman.

In our assessment, creditors can no longer rely on Excelion settling its debts unless they can locate and seize the company’s and/or its owners’ assets. Excelion Victims Board reminds everyone that, despite severe liquidity problems for Gruzman-Nemirovsky-Excelion, they still retain ownership of numerous assets across Israel, England, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Andorra, and Switzerland.
These assets can and should be located, seized, and liquidated.
